Yei Tochtin (YAY toatch-tin) comes from Nahuatl and it means 3 rabbits. Nahuatl is a language spoken in certain parts of Mesoamerica and Central America.

Interpretation
Interpretation is when you take one language and convert it into another language via the verbal form. Generally it's categorized just as translation yet they are different crafts and markets.

Simultaneous Interpretation
This is when the interpreter converts message into another language on par when original audio is being shared. This can happen thanks to physical equipment such as receivers and mics and add ons available for online meetings and happens parallel to event.
Consecutive Interpretation
The interpreter converts message into other language directly following the original audio. An example would be the speaker sharing their message in pieces to allow interpreter to share. Both speakers and interpreter communicate in the same space one after the other.
Translation
This is when you convert one language to another via the written form. Generally it's the term used to refer to interpretation as well yet they are different crafts and markets.

Targeted analysis, troubleshooting and recommendation such as:
- practical implementations of interpretation for online and in person meetings
- glossary development
- Strategy on grant funding for language access funds
- Co-development of staffing, operational standards and training
- Field work research
