Rates

We use a base rate model that's determined by organizational and program budgets. We work with each client to determine a custom fit base on their work plans. 

The idea behind this is to be as much available for social efforts that unfortunately have no funds. We've seen a correlation with need to lack of funding.

Identifying base rates is the first step in establishing quote and will require a follow up call to determine full scope of work and timeline. Please refer to OUR STYLE tab for more on that process. 

Organizational budgets over 500k will be placed at a green tier of $150 hourly base rate. Projects below that could be offered a discounted or pro bono rate. Please email us for translation rates as they are different than the above.

We like to support as much as possible so if you have a question we can talk about it.

Based in the Hudson Valley we include travel to in person events as part of the service. Hudson Valley includes: Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Rensselaer and Albany county. 

We are currently expanding into the Finger Lakes region. 

Events outside of above areas will incur an additional cost.
