We believe interpretation & translation is an art form. An activity that has many cultural, creative and imaginative expressions. We take that to infuse our public anthropology framework. That being a way "demonstrate the ability of anthropology and anthropologists to effectively address problems beyond the discipline—illuminating larger social issues of our times as well as encouraging broad, public conversations about them with the explicit goal of fostering social change" (Borofsky 2004).
This combination guides our practice of meaningful collaboration, critical review and constant application.
Yei Tochtin is dedicated in facilitating, improving practices and quality of language work by using critical analysis, research and participant observation so that social movements and projects can fully communicate.
